We at CXG Outsourcing are expanding the team of our US based partner (working in the Business Spend Management and E-invoicing field). If you want an opportunity to show your organizational skills, then our Financial Customer Success Specialist with German role is just the one for you.

You will work closely with business customers to help them get the greatest value from our partner’s platform.

What a day in the life of a Financial Customer Success Specialist is like:

• Manage multiple customers by helping them focus on their goals and assisting their continuous improvement
• Develop best practices on existing processes and be a champion for their adoption
• Assist clients with the understanding of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and how to use it to their best advantage when it comes to cash flow management and larger-scale decisions
• Provide a strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
• Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMS, and provide assistance to colleagues where needed
• Create and/or improve templates, training and presentations 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in the financial field (preferably in Treasury)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related experience 
• Fluent German and English (B2 or higher)
• Proactiveness and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills including professional writing skills, verbal skills and experience presenting to customers  
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business needs 

What will give you an extra edge:

• Knowledge of any Treasury Management System 
• Hands-on experience in customer/client management
• Ability to build a strong relationship with customers and creating plans for their future development
• Strong curiosity of understanding how things work and learning new tools
• Familiarity with Cloud operating models, AWS, etc
