The Consultant, Content Management, is a key person in the Catalog Management team. The Consultant is responsible for providing oversight, taking the lead in guiding client configurations to support the management, maintenance and creation of catalogs and forms within the company`s platform.
CCM is an outsourced business process service for customers of the company’s Procurement solution. The focus is the upkeep of content within Procurement via the creation and maintenance of supplier catalogs and forms that generate purchasing requisitions. The Consultant is responsible for assisting clients and colleagues in the deployment of processes for content management, including the preparation, distribution and implementation of electronic Supplier catalogs and forms. The Consultant works autonomously and collaboratively within the team, managing suppliers, defining the tools and processes for content management and taking ownership of customer projects.

In this role, you’ll guide clients in managing and maintaining electronic supplier catalogs and forms within the company's Procurement platform.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing content operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and suppliers, and driving data processes that support procurement workflows. Ideal candidates have experience with B2B eCommerce content, project management, and are confident in managing both data and client relationships.


Responsibilities:
• Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure catalog quality and accuracy.
• Collecting, interpreting, and pre-processing data
• Lead the setup and maintenance of supplier catalogs and forms in the company's platform.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding content management topics.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience in catalog/content management, Procurement, or IT project management.
• Solid foundation in data processing, system interactions, and procurement tools
• Experience with e-commerce platforms
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong data analysis, Excel, and project planning


What will give you an extra edge:
• Experience with other procurement platforms and ERPs.
• Project management certifications (such as PMP or PRINCE2).
